To avoid potentially losing your tight seal while you're moving around around we add more material to the aperture to make the fit tighter. If you are still having difficulty, we recommend the Comply Strips. Adding these small sticky foam wraps around the canal is guaranteed to tighten up the seal.

We understand your concerns about feedback. That's why we developed the UE Sound Guard. It has a built-in limiter to protect you from sudden loud sounds while wearing your Ultimate Ears. Learn more here.

Ultimate Ears manufactures in-ear monitors only. If used in a live performance setting, there may be additional equipment necessary (i.e. wireless transmitter/receiver). All monitors ship with cable/s that terminate in a 3.5 mm jack and can connect to any device using a 3.5 mm connection.

We do our best to provide a perfect fit, but sometimes a fit adjustment is needed.

To adjust your fit we will need to get some information. Please use our Fit Adjustment Questionnaire. The information you provide there will help us in getting you to your perfect fit.

Once we have your submission, we will have an agent get in touch with you providing the next step to getting you the perfect fit as soon as we can, but it may take us a few days to get back to you.
