  • Yes! We offer repairs for a flat fee of $199 which includes the repair, cleaning, and quality testing. Our service turnaround time is currently *14 business days . Only available for custom IEMs.

  • Yes, you will be notified via email when your impressions are received at our lab. Similarly, you will be notified when your IEMs are received at our facility for a repair.

    You can expect to be notified of your shipment’s arrival within 2 business days of its arrival to allow time for processing.

  • Our new order turnaround time is 10 business days for all models except our flagship model, UE PREMIERs. The turnaround time for UE PREMIERs is 15 business days.

  • Our service turnaround time is 14 business days for all models.

  • Yes! For new orders, we offer a production rush service with a 5-day turnaround time for an additional fee of $299. For repair orders, we provide a repair rush service with a 5-day turnaround time for an additional fee of $99.

  • Logitech warrants that your Ultimate Ears Custom and Universal In-Ear Monitor products (external shell and/or internal components) (collectively “Product”) shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

    This warranty does not cover problems or damage resulting from (1) accident, abuse, misapplication, or any unauthorized repair, modification or disassembly; (2) improper operation or maintenance, usage not in accordance with product instructions or connection to improper voltage supply; (3) use of consumables, not supplied by Logitech except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law; or (4) non-Ultimate Ears branded parts and accessories even if sold with the Product.

  • UE Pro Allows returns within a 30-day window from when it is received by the customer. It is important to note that we subtract a 15% customization/restocking fee from the refund. The fee applies to the net sale price of the product.
    The customization/restocking fee does not apply to sales tax. Customers are entitled to a full refund on tax.
    Our custom business model requires that we cannot reuse returned parts, necessitating a scrapping process. The fee helps us recoup a small percentage of the cost to execute the build.

  • You can always use your UE in-ear monitors as high-end headphones. We also have an optional auxiliary cable with a mic so that you can use your UE’s with your phone.

  • We do not recommend using just one if you have a stereo pair. You should always use both. UE makes a monitor that is built for acoustic performances and other similar needs. The UE Single Sided Stereo In-Ear may be just what you are looking for.
